Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, the Wayne assistant and the client portal (together, the “Services”) provided by Neway Global LLC (“Neway”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Services
Neway helps you form and manage companies, secure residency and citizenship, arrange banking introductions, and keep on top of compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Some services are delivered by licensed legal, financial and formation professionals we work with in the relevant jurisdiction; we coordinate and manage that delivery for you.
Wayne and the nature of our guidance
Wayne is an AI assistant that helps you understand options and configure services. Wayne can make mistakes, and its responses are general information, not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice. You should verify important decisions and, where appropriate, take professional advice before acting. Nothing on the Services creates a lawyer-client or other professional advisory relationship with Neway.
Your account and information
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. Many services depend on that information being correct and complete, for example, compliance deadlines are generated from the dates and details you provide. You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to use them for any fraudulent or prohibited purpose.
Fees and payment
Prices for services and memberships are shown before you purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; your card details are handled by that provider and never stored by Neway. Membership fees recur until cancelled. Because services are often delivered by third parties and involve government or professional fees, some amounts are non-refundable once work has begun. We will make the position clear before you pay.
Third-party delivery
Where a service is delivered by a professional partner, that partner is responsible for the regulated work they perform. Government processing times, eligibility decisions and similar outcomes are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee a particular result or timeframe.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, content and software, belong to Neway or our licensors. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms. Your own data and documents remain yours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neway is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or where we are required to by law. On termination you will retain the right to access your data as required by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law where you live provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
